Keep Eczema at bay with Zenmed Dermcare System

Now if your one of the millions of people that suffer with eczema or contact eczema you'll know how frustrating it is to find products that work with your skin and not against it. Soreness, irritation, redness...sound familiar?

Myself I suffer from contact eczema which literally breaks out without any warning as i do not yet know what it is that causes the reaction. Mine is targeted around the delicate skin of my eyes and on my eyelids......annoying ain't the word, the skin goes red, resembles lizard skin and goes all patchy. My normal skin routine goes out of the window....and in its place is a cycle of trying various creams and lotions to combat the annoying patches of dry skin.

Whilst suffering one of these outbreaks i was contacted by a company called Zenmed. Zenmed are what you call a 'Doctor Formulated' skincare company. They produce products which target specific and persistent skin problems such as Acne, Rosacea, Scars and Eczema.

Products are 100% free of animal testing and animal products and are proudly listed on Leaping Bunny and PETA's approved sellers list.

There are no fragrances, dyes or other nasties and even the packaging is environmentally friendly to ensure minimal impact on the environment.

They very kindly asked me to trial their Dermcare System which is targeted to people who suffer from eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.

The Dermcare System is a 2 step system which contains a cleanser and a lotion. Gentle enough to be used on children's skin the duo provides an alternative and helps to minimise the use of cortisone creams.

Packed full of certified natural ingredients and minus the nasties such as soap, fragrance, petroleum and colourings, the cleanser is used just like any other. Now normally when i have a flair up using normal cleaning creams tends to irritate my skin.......not with this, no irritation, no sensitivity..nothing....its gently cleanses my skin just as i need it too. Skin feels clean but most of all its non drying which is the last thing i need around my eye area.

The lotion is basically like a barrier which helps to moisturise, calm redness and ease the annoyance of itchy, flaky skin. Non greasy; the cream goes on easily with not a hint of irritation. The key to applying this is just after showering when the skin is still damp. It can be applied as often as needed and provides much needed relief to dry skin conditions.

Conclusion
If your in need of a much gentler solution to managing yours or your child's dry skin conditions then this could work well for you. Its a known fact that constant use of steroid creams isn't good in the long term and can have a negative effect on the skin its supposed to be treating. This system is free from all the irritating nasties and is a simple and natural base to help manage and ease the symptoms of dry skin conditions. Thankfully mine only pops up once in a while but i loved how gentle this was on the affected skin...definitely helped my flair up become less of a burden.

If you fancy trying the system for yourself you can by the duo together at a discounted price of £34 or alternatively by them separately with the lotion priced at £23 and the cleanser priced at £15.
